Guests will have a finished illustration by the end of the event. Guests can choose to wait for their illustration or go enjoy the event and come back for their illustration with their picture taken with Ipad.

This varies depending on the event and client. Ariana will not be able to complete illustrations outside of hourly pay unless negotiated first with brand or client.

She prioritizes sketching as many people as possible within the agreed-upon hours. Depending on scope of work for larger events, a creative assistant would be needed for Ariana to control work flow, creating content, hand out of illustrations, and taking care of guests as she creates.

Yes! Custom branding for Illustration paper is highly encouraged. Watercolor paper and marker illustration paper can be customized. These material fees will be included in your final quote. Remember to request custom/branded paper in your booking request.

The event is priced based on hourly rate + material fee + travel fee. The quotation will be caculated and sent to your email once you fill in the booking request with all needed information.

Material fee covers (branded) paper, supplies (paint/markers etc.) that will be calculated depending on your number of guests and needs.

A 50% security deposit is required for all bookings to secure your booking date.

The last 50% is due until two weeks before the event.

For events that require travel outside of the city of Antwerp, a non-refundable deposit to cover travel expenses and materials is needed before securing your booking - this will be determined based on flight prices, stays, etc.
